Five Things I Loved in November

Well, November has been a bit of a beauty-filled blur! That could be said about any month for me in fairness...

As someone with crazy curly (read; frizzy, tangled) hair, the John Freida Frizz ease Dream Curls entire range has been a very, very welcome addition into my routine. Using the shampoo, conditioner, curl cream and mouse every time I wash and air-dry my hair means that my hair has defined curls at the end, sleek roots at the top and overall it gives me everything I always try to do. If you've got wavy hair that is often unmanagable, this range might just be the game-changer you've been waiting for.

My token nod to the festivities this month has been the Burt's Bees Ginger Spice lip balm. I had to go to six Boots to find this, and it was worth it. It smells and tastes delicious, leaves lips really soft and is the perfect match to use with matte lipsticks.

I mentioned this in a recent post here, but I couldn't skip over The Ordinary Rose Hip Oil. Dreamy stuff. Cheap as chips but one to rival products three times the price.

Lastly, two makeup picks I've really been enjoying - the gorgeousness that is the MAC nutcracker compact has got my highlighter and blush needs covered. Limited edition, but I believe they might have some kicking around counters still. I've worn the Too Faced melted matte lipstick in Childstar a lot this month, because it's just the right amount of porn star nude for me!

What have you been loving this month?
